Need for Training

A functional Monitoring and E valuation (M&E) system is critical to guiding the planning processes, ensuring coordination and implementation for efficient and effective delivery of program results and enhancement of accountability among beneficiaries, stakeholders and donors. Building/Strengthening M & E Systems contribute directly to overall program performance.

Among other skills, this 4 day interactive and practical based training helps you identify the resources-, personnel/staff, organizations, functions/actions, partnerships, institutional culture, planning fundamental to improving and sustaining M&E system performance.

This is a step-by-step sequential training that enables participants to clearly identify gaps in their organization’s M & E Systems and set clear and measurable processes to seal the gaps. In addition, participants coming from organizations which do not have M & E Systems will have the ability to lead in the processes of creating functional systems for the organization. Additionally, participants will be skilled in designing the Planning Tool for Developing a Digital Library of Monitoring and Evaluation Resources once back in their organizations
